Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy
Consists of a 60 minute session with EFP clinician who partners with one of the farms therapy horses to provide structured interventions to address the client's goal areas.
Traditional Therapy In-person
60 minute sessions are provided on the farm in our rustic barn office, or walking the property, or a combination of both.
45 or 60 minute sessions provided online via HIPPA compliant telehealth platform.
EMDR Therapy In-Person
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy is a highly effective therapy model that has been proven to be successful in helping those who have experienced significant trauma. It is also effective for clients experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, OCD, disordered eating, and certain phobias such as fear of flying. Sessions are 60 minutes.
